Music News: Rihanna Addresses Home Shooting
Rihanna has recalled the moment she fled in terror as gunfire ripped through her Beverly Hills home.
Court documents obtained by the Daily Mail laid out the full horror of the attack.
The pop superstar told police she was inside an Airstream âSilver Bulletâ trailer parked in the grounds of her Los Angeles mansion when she suddenly heard what sounded like â10 loud bangs on metalâ.
Her partner, rapper A$AP Rocky, was also in the trailer at the time.
When Rihanna peeked outside she realized what she had heard were gunshots, and the trailer was in the line of fire.
Rocky told police he awoke to Rihanna telling him, âThey shooting at us.â
According to the document, Rihanna later told officers she had received death threats on social media in the past but that no recent event came to mind that she could associate with the current incident.
Rocky also told police he had previously dealt with a female stalker and provided them with a photograph of the suspect.
The couple share three young children who were in the house at the time with Rihannaâs mother and staff members.
Ivanna Lisette Ortiz appeared in court on Wednesday and pleaded not guilty to 14 charges, including attempted murder.
