Usher is celebrating two years of marriage to Jennifer Goicoechea.
The singer-songwriter and his wife tied the knot on 11 February 2024 in Las Vegas following his Super Bowl halftime show.Â
Usher marked his second wedding anniversary on Instagram late on Wednesday, by sharing several wedding photos alongside a heartfelt tribute to Goicoechea.Â
“Soft as cotton, strong in the weave. Here’s to the life we’re building thread by thread,†Usher wrote. “Happy 2nd Anniversary, my love.â€Â
The musician posted nine photos from the couple’s big day, on which the pair were joined by their combined four children.Â
In the photos, the Yeah! singer and Goicoechea kissed, held hands, and posed by vintage vehicles.Â
A few days before the wedding, Usher raved about Goicoechea to People magazine.
“Listen, when you find someone that you know is a great partner, of course it is an honour and a pleasure to be able to share life with someone who wants to share it with you and loves you, who you are,†he shared. “We’ve obviously made a commitment to life for life together because of our children.â€Â
He added, “And we’re going to be in each other’s lives until we die, obviously, because we have something to share. That’s beautiful. Our children. But not because of that. I really do feel like I have an amazing partner that I respect.â€
