Meek Mill Announces New 'Expansive Pain' Album

Using social media to promote his soon-to-be-released full length, Meek Mill formally announced that his fifth studio album, Expensive Pain, will drop on October 1.

Featuring his recent singles "Sharing Locations" with Lil Baby and Lil Durk, and his Lil Uzi Vert-collaborated record "Blue Notes 2," Expensive Pain will serve as Meek's first LP since his 2018 Grammy-nominated Championships. After serving jail time for violating probation in 2017 his prior album was the musician's comeback effort, highlighted by his Billboard Hot 100 single "Going Bad" featuring Drake.

Honored for his altruistic and social work efforts with REFORM Alliance, Meek (born Robert Rihmeek Williams) received the Nelson Mandela change-maker award in August as he's the organization's co-chair alongside his friend and Philadelphia 76ers partner, Michael Rubin.
