In the announcement, it was said that Baku Yumemakura’s novel Onmyoji would become an anime series, and in the same announcement, it was declared that it would be released in Nov. 2023. The production for this anime has been completed and will be premiering on 28 Nov. 2023.

It is an action, mystery, drama, fantasy, thriller, and period anime in which Abe no Seimei, along with Minamoto no Hiromasa, will do anything to save Kyou from another onmyoji Douson who wants to see the demise of the emperor. It is set to be released on 28 Nov. 2023 and produced by Marvy Jack Production Company.

Onmyoji is an anime show that will be released on 28 Nov. 2023, and it will have Daisuke Namikawa as Abe no Seimei, Rina Satou as Douman Ashiya, Daisuke Kishio as Yasunori Kamo, and Yui Ishikawa as Tsuyuko. Shintarou Asanuma has given his voice to the character of Hiromasa no Minamoto and Kenji Hamada to Atsumi Shinnou.
